Project Parks and Play – it’s survey time!

February 15, 2023

Time running out to send in your Park District survey

By now you should have received your Park District survey, but you’ve been busy and haven’t responded yet. The new program guide is out, camp registration has started and you have to remember to purchase your beach or pool pass. We get it! But don’t let this opportunity to help shape the future of the Park District pass you by.

Track down the survey or invite postcard and respond today! The survey can be completed on paper, online or via phone.

“This is the time for community members to share their thoughts with us as we plan for how the District will serve the community in the coming decades,” said Wilmette Park District Executive Director Steve Wilson.

The survey is part of the larger Project Parks and Play: Explore the Possibilities Comprehensive and Strategic Planning initiative, a dynamic long-term planning process that provides a guide for future growth and development for our village parks and facilities, recreation programs, and operations to help us meet future needs.

Findings from the survey will be presented to the Board of Commissioners in a public meeting in April 2023.

If you haven’t received a survey, adults in the household have varying opinions, you want to complete the survey by phone or just have questions, please contact our research partner aQity Research & Insights at 866-900-8555 or aqity@aqityresearch.com.
